FAQs
A consultant typically assesses an organization and makes recommendations following their consulting model. The output of a consulting engagement might be a report about your organization and action steps you can take to develop it. In contrast, 3P Allies works as part of your leadership team to implement changes that we identify together.
Project Managers are typically focused on tactical execution. They ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. When 3P Allies manages a project, it also involves making strategic decisions along the way to align with your broader organizational goals.
Most engagements are structured as a monthly retainer based on the scope of the project with fees ranging from $2,000-$6,000/mo.
We all know that the real world is complex and not everything goes as planned. In some situations, unforeseen obstacles may arise that derail our timeline. If that happens, our first step will be to discuss it and agree on the best way to manage it. That might mean pausing an engagement while an issue is resolved or expanding the scope if a project becomes larger than anticipated. But if a delay results from an action that 3P Allies took (or a failure to act), we will agree on a timeframe within which 3P Allies will complete corrective actions at no additional fee.
