We’ll start with a complimentary one-hour Strategic Focus Session which includes a SWOT analysis to gain fresh perspective on your organization. The next step is bringing your key stakeholders together for a collaborative workshop—informed by the Focus Session—that establishes your one-year goals. After that you can choose whether you’d like to move forward with consulting support.
The Strategic Focus Session is complimentary. Workshop pricing varies based on size and location. Consulting engagements are flexible but typically structured as quarterly engagements.
