Before we can develop, optimize, or scale—we need to prioritize. That’s why every engagement begins with a complimentary SWOT Analysis.
Based on this analysis, we can develop a plan, prioritize goals, implement changes, and clearly assess results.
Complimentary SWOT Analysis
The SWOT Analysis will give you a clear picture of your organization. During this one-hour meeting, you’ll gain new insights and begin to see your organization with fresh eyes as we explore:
- Strengths: What your organization does well (and what it does best)
- Weaknesses: Areas that need improvement
- Opportunities: New ways to leverage your Strengths based on the environment
- Threats: Internal and external obstacles to achieving your goals
Develop a Plan
Based on our insights from the SWOT Analysis, we’ll meet to discuss your best path forward. The plan we develop will be informed by your long-term vision, while focusing on what you can do in the next 12 months to move toward achieving it.
Prioritize Goals
Based on the 12-month plan, we’ll select 1-2 goals to accomplish in the next 90 days. Each goal will be clear, measurable, and attainable.
Implement Change
I will work as a member of your team to achieve your 90-day goals. That may involve researching options, identifying vendors or software, investigating current vs. optimal processes, documenting changes, and training employees on new ways of working.
Assess Results
We’ll celebrate our accomplishments and assess how achieving these goals impacts the organization. Then we’ll determine the best next steps for moving forward.
